Do you know any difference between the formulation of these 2 oils?

My findings based on PDS's:
1. Energy made especially for gasoline DI and turbo charged engines
2. Energy has MB 229.5 approval - non-energy only MB 229.3
3. Energy has much lower poue point (-45) like the other's (-39)

The funny thing: both have the same reasonable price here - however Energy looks better designed!
:)

Energy obviously have better base stock, hence the lower pourpoint and NOACK. It's one class better lubricant, whether you need it is a different matter.
It can't hurt even if it wouldn't be beneficial, use the Energy type.

Others have also great experience with both formulation.
Which one did you use?

Valid point.
Just thinking aloud, could this be of similar oil base stocks having differences in pour point depresants/additive package that determines MB 229.3/229.5 ?
