So who buys (takes in) multiple batteries at once?

My buddies and I have gathered around 7-8 dead batteries we want to unload to roll into a purchase of one new deep cycle battery for electronic clay thrower. Who is currently offering cash for batteries and what is the best price you've personally seen. It seems earlier this year I saw a sign on O'Reilly's door that they were paying $12 cash per but their website (last I checked) was showing a $5 gift card. We want to buy from Walmart.

Try Advance Auto (AAP) they gave me a gift card for $20 for one battery, but I don't know the limit. Also, the gift card is only good at AAp.

AAP takes them and is running a gift card promo right now. It's up to each individual store how many they will accept from a single person.

Yep got my two merchandise cards the other day for $20 each at advance. I brought one and the person said I could bring another that day if I wanted, but I had to go home and get the second battery

It's going to be state based. A local scrap place will give you $$ based upon battery size/weight. Might be more than a store that sells batteries.

Just called my local AAP. They said any battery is fine, tractor, motorcycle, whatever. No LIMIT!!!!

not sure if they are supposed to but I would argue they were in use in my "truck"

Doubt they care. Dont know if I would take 5 in at one time probably 2 or so max.

They took an old Kinetik agm battery which technically is just an audio battery but it still has just as much lead as a small auto battery judging by the weight.

read it, we got $120 for 6 batteries of all types including lawn and tractor batteries. Bought a new deep cycle for $106.xxOTD
