my wife's 2007 chrysler town and country

out: 5w-30 havoline and the purolator filter

in: 5w-30 havoline and a mopar filter.

I was feeling generous and even changed the air filter.
 
2015 Tacoma 4.0 with 1147 on oil change (6 months). I do not drive it that much, total miles on truck is 6068 and it is 2 years old.

Out: PP 5W30 with OEM filter

In: M1 0W30 with OEM filter
 
2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3.8L V6 (son's car)

Out: SuperTech 5w-30HM, SuperTech filter
In: QSHM (synblend) 5w-30, Supertech filter
OCI: Unknown, but beyond the OLM by a few months. Oil was BLACK. This is one tough engine. . .
 
2008 F150 King Ranch 5.4l 3v v8 (108k)

OUT (5k oci) - PYB 5w30, Motorcraft 820s
IN - MileSyn blend 5w30, Motorcraft 820s
 
2005 Ford Econoline E350 Super Duty short bus, 6.8 V10, auto, RWD
Out: Motorcraft semi synthetic 5W-20, Motorcraft FL820S filter
In: 7 QTS ACDelco semi synthetic 5W-30, Napa Proselect 21372 filter
 
2005 Ford Escape 3.0, my brothers.

out: I think he was running Formula Shell 5w20, with a Wix made Carquest filter


In: Hastings made Federated filter and QSUD 5w20
 
2012 Mitsubishi Galant w/2.4L. Just purchased two weeks ago. 116K miles. Had sticker from Wal-Mart TLE for previous oil change. OCI at 4400 miles.

Out - Castrol 5w-20 with WM TLE Fram filter. (assuming Castrol GTX but sticker just indicated Castrol 5w-20)

In - PP 5w-30 w/Wix 57092 and new Wix Air Filter. Will change some tranny fluid in a couple of weeks.
 
2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with six speed manual transmission and 3.5L engine. 45,941 miles on the ticker with 9531 miles on this OCI with 5% Maintenance Minder remaining.

Out - Four quarts Honda Ultimate Full Synthetic Oil, 0W-20.

In - Same as above.

Also will use the same oil filter for the second oil change interval, a Mobil 1 I bought at an estate sale for four dollars several years ago. I will post a C&P dissection of said filter next OCI, say sometime early 2018. Four bucks for a quality filter, not a bad deal.

I'd shorten that OCI or get a UOA at 4k.
 
2001 Toyota Tundra 4.7L

Out: Carquest 5W20 and Blue Mountain Filter (short run after valve cover gasket change)

In: M1 5W20 and MC FL400S with it being longer than the stock size FL910S I can put in a 7qts instead of the listed 6.5qts.
 
Did my friend's 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac on Monday. 178K miles.

Out: ~5000 miles on unknown quick lube dino w/ some undersized FL500s-equivalent jobber filter- I forget the brand.
In: One of Walmart's $8 5Q jugs of Valvoline Synpower 5w-30, Motorcraft FL-820s (mfrd. January 11th, 2017)
 
I missed almost a year's worth of changes, but here's an update:

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T, Factory fill/filter (out) - two changes, both Hyundai bulk semi-syn 10w-30, OE filters
2011 Toyota Sienna LE V6, QSUD 0w-20 Syn, Toyota OE (out) - two changes, first Mobil 1 0w-20 Syn with Toyota OE, and then PP 0w-20, Fram Ultra
 
2011 Lexus RX 350, 63,331KM. Also did brakes on all four corners. Pads were less than 4mm.

In:

Will leave in until OM goes off(15k mi), or 1 year. Maybe even fall/winter OCI if I can't wait any longer.

Also changed Power Steering reservoir/filter and new Pentosin PS fluid. Fluid was REALLY dirty.
