Pep boys website customer service nightmare

Pep Boys took over a month to respond to a technical issue I had on their website. (I was trying to purchase cooling system parts for my truck - kept getting a page that said "oops" - even with different browsers and operating systems. I filled out a support request on Dec 12; got a response on Jan 16. lol !!! that is NO way to stay in business !!!
 
I don't like their site. I'll price shop them but their site seems intentionally awful.
 
You can't even filter parts on their site based on vehicle make & model most of the time; end up with a message saying zero results found. Lol what a joke.

Napa's old site was terrible but they finally got the message and did an update. AAP's site is the best hands down.

I tried emailing their rebates email address last night and it bounced back saying that there was some type of error with their email server. Top notch.
