Good list- the first is campy, while the second is underrated. Shooter was merely ok IMO.

Saw it as a kid on first release (yeh, I'm old) and much later, went to the desert, and the desert did not disappoint.

I once found myself standing next to Peter O'Toole at Leeds University Union bar, waiting to get served. Thought of saying "This is my well" (line from "The Meeting at The Well" scene in the film) but chickened out.

Probably just as..er..well.
