Only ran viscosity. 14k miles ago, I drained the PSF reservoir (with a MightyVac) and refilled it a total of 3 times, turning the wheels lock to lock in between each drain & fill. Therefore, this fluid has 14k miles on it. I took a sample this week because I wanted to see how much the Honda PSF shears in my usage. My usage is _super_ easy, because nearly all my miles are at speed on the highways & freeways in a _very_ warm climate.

40C = 37.5 cSt
100C = 10.0 cSt
VI = 270 (according to an internet VI calculator)

This isn't very sheared, and the Red Line PSF I used to refill the reservoir was certainly thinner. The old fluid was not black, but it was certainly darker than I had expected or recollected it to be.

Right. I just wanted to see whether and how much viscosity reduction there is in my pickup. Not that much, it appears.
