My bigger question: on a new car, why didn't you take it to the Subaru dealer, complain about the frozen drain plug and make them fix it under warranty?
Can't make the dealer on lunch. Family obligations make it difficult to go at night. Besides, I have found some some real incompetence at the dealers in this area.
