Internet question for the VM?

I have a windows 8.2 on which I am running a Windows 7 VM. After any random timings, internet on the VM gets disconnected.

In order for me to restore it back, I restart my Wifi on the host machine by putting it into flight mode and then it starts to work fine on the VM.

It happens randomly and can be annoying, since I connect to a VPN through Win 7 VM and have to reconnect back every time.

Any input or suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Check the power save on any network cards (under device manager) in the host OS and disable it, I've seen this do odd things.

It was all working fine and started happening recently. Sometimes internet doesn't disconnect even after 4-5 hours and sometimes it disconnects itself after 6 mins

Indeed, I have a Cisco VPN. Cisco Anyconnect.

I verified it, doesn't look like the case. Thanks

We run that in Windows 7 VMs with no problems, but they're probably running on a Linux server.
