The corn you are referring to is "food" for animals, not humans. And it's not all "burned up" like you stated. The process produces what is called "distillers grain" and is sold to growers for beef production. Many trucks pass through here everyday hauling distillers grain produced by our local ADM energy park. Regards

If you're eating corn, that's mostly what you're eating. Sweet corn is a very small percentage of the overall tonnage of corn that's raised. That's what's used in every food product.
