My 2013 Caravan had all the lifters replaced at 73k miles under warranty at a dealer, and part of the work included, I was told, flushing and filling the cooling system. Now I have 105k miles and the coolant reservoir is really low, so I thought I should top it off. Now I am not sure what to top it off with. I am somewhat colorblind, so I would appreciate some help and advice. Here is a pic of the coolant at the bottom of my reservoir.
And here is a decoder that I think is official Chrysler that I found on the internet:

So, should I leave it alone until I can Flush it and fill with Peak Lifetime Universal, or is this just the factory OAT with perhaps a little top-off of purple Chrysler OAT?

I noticed the purple OAT coolant that came in my 2013 Ram changed to a red/purple color as it got older but to me yours almost looks orange. The color also appears to change depending on how much light there is.

No reason not to trust it. The mechanic gets the part from the parts department and the parts department charges it to the R.O.

IIRC 2013 was a transition year for coolant in Chrysler products. Some of the very early built 2013's had HOAT coolant in them. Mixing HOAT and OAT coolant can wreck the cooling system. There is a lot of information about it on several of the Jeep boards.

Wow thats cheap. Its a concentrate so its actually 2 gals for that price. Enough for a complete exchange and topoff.

Yes looks to be OAT, see below.

No 2-ethylhexanoate (2-EHA) which is found in dex cool. The suspect chemical causing problems in older GM cooling systems. This is same as Japanese OAT IMO.

That is a good article. Thanks. I had to flush my 2013 last year after a local indy filled the system with AMAM after some repairs.

68163848AB is the right AF. Also called G-48. It has gotten really cheap. I paid over $30/gal. last year when I had to flush my 2013 Dodge GC.

According to my 2016 Wrangler owners manual OAT coolant is MS.90032, which is different than the coolant in the link. With all the problems they had with coolant I'd want to be 100% sure before adding any.

The coolant selection at Chrysler has really gotten out of hand. My 15 needed a top up and through the overflow tank it looks purple. I bought a gallon from the dealer at a whopping $45+taxes and it came out pink out of the bottle. All the part numbers were correct and triple checked by me.

Needless to say I will be flushing the system with G-05 when the time comes and not play into this silliness.
