Was very surprised that K&N, Airaid, and AEM are all made at the same place by the same people. Lovely.

The amount of human interaction along with automation is incredible.

Workers physically count the number of pleats in the filter. I thought for sure that would be an automated process.

I went through a saw blade factory in the US in the 80s, about 7 brands, all same raw material steel, one assembly line, just different labelling and packaging, probably like that in China now on many auto parts.

My thoughts exactly. There hast to be many simple methods to automate counting pleats, that would be much more repeatable.

A lot of people don't realize K&N owns Aem Intakes and Airaid. I thought the video was pretty cool thanks for sharing.
