Anyone have a FLIR ONE thermal imaging camera?

I don't have one, but in case you weren't aware, Home Depot now has a Flir i7 as part of their loaner program...

From what I've read about the ONE, it seems that it's fun to play with, but not very effective for structure diagnostics, if that's your intended use.

My phone has an integrated camera. It is the same hardware as the FLIR one, and very similar software.

Definitely not worth the money for just "around the house" unless you're absolutely loaded and don't care. It's a tool for entry level professional use. I'm not saying someone's going to break down your door and arrest you for playing around with one, but it's not going to do anything magical. They're not nearly as accurate as the $4000+ standalone ones.

I had an Alpina B7 press loaner with a FLIR camera mounted in the grill; I drove my wife crazy driving at night with the headlights off...
