Dodge Grand Caravan Power Windows Wont Work

Hi, my brother has a 2005 dodge grand caravan with power windows. After installing a new battery today, both front power windows do not work. All the other electrics in the car work just fine. Is there some sore of reset procedure? No warning lights on the dash.

I have read it could be a bcm (body control module) or to try this? window regulator

Yep, and hold the + and - sides together for a few seconds.
