Get rid of em. I attempted to have an old set of rotors resurfaced when I replaced pads but the only two places I could find that still do it refused due to the excessive rust.
Grab yourself centric premiums. My first time purchasing them I figured they'd last about a year just based on the $35 pricetag, but they ended up being just as good if not better than AC Delco. The hub portions of the rotors are painted to resist corrosion and OEM doesn't have that feature.
