Jumpstart/New battery= dash lights on

On 2013 Civic, we tried to jump start it, but only clicks, engine would not turn over. Removed the battery, took to AutoZone who said it was bad, so put a new one in, and now a series of warning lights are on and won't turn off. I am thinking to take it back tomorrow and see if they can clear codes, or have a friend try it with an obd reader. Any other ideas?

The lights should cycle off if the charging system is working.

The check power steering, abs, vsa, and check brake system lights.

However, as of this morning, only the power steering light remains.

The newer Civics have electric power steering - might need to have the system reset/recalibrated, the "zero-point" might have been wiped out from the ABS/VSA ECU.

Lights are all gone now, must have been some relearning for the ecu.
