01 Tahoe windshield washer nozzle

I am trying to locate the appropriate nozzle for my 01 Tahoe's passenger wiper. All I find when searching are universal nozzles, which aren't applicable.

Can I get some help? And yes, it is the nozzle, nothing else wrong with the washer apparatus...
