Out Amsoil 5W-40 and Mann cartridge filter.
In Amsoil 5W-40 and Hengst cartridge filter, after using Amsoil Power Flush.
3 Short OCIs with idle flushes due to finding minor sludge and a lot of varnish after doing valve cover job. Looking a lot better now, and valve tick is gone, so will leave this in for at least 6k-10k miles.

@142K miles...after 5k miles and 1 year since the last with Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 and Toyo oil filter at the dealer where the wrencher remarked that Kitacamry is the cleanest he's seen with that many miles.

Got a free Fram Extraguard, so I used that instead of the usual PureOne filter.
She's running like a top.

Going to change over the 4Runner as well - she's got 252k (V6) and running like a champ too.
I can usually get the 5qt bottle and a free oil filter (have about 6 Bosch now) for $32 on sale.
Can't best it IMO.
She's clean too
