Current Toyota truck is barely used, 2.5k miles in the past 12 months. Current fill is Delo LE 400 15W-40 and Fram Ultra.
Should i drain and refill or should i leave it there? Tropical climate, high humidity and basically summer the whole year.
Car is only used once or twice a week.

Take it out for a longer drive now and then. Do a UOA and then decide. You're probably good for 2 years or 5K miles at your current pace. The UOA will give you some real information that's a lot better than my advice.

The Ultra filter is easily good for many, many more miles.
Changing the Delo out is a coin toss - I'd leave it another year, personally.

I would change the oil yearly, but the Ultra can run for a few changes at that rate of mileage.

Two years is very fine for oils and filters, unless your use is very short trips where the oil doesn't get to temperature. If you had conditions where lots of fuel and moisture got into the oil, that's more concerning.

Should be fine with oil change every two as not as much temp change to possibly introduce moisture and cold to put some fuel dilution in

None of the cars have broken down yet, so im a believer of these brands.

I was thinking of doing a drain and refill and keep the filter, still undecided.
