My boss rents out the other side of our building. There are 3 things in the lease that they need to follow.
1.must keep liability insurance.
2. There is a body shop in there now and they cant paint cars outside.
3. They cant sublease.
Found out today that they dropped their insurance back in october!
They painted some cars outside and got over spray on cars in a lot behind them AND the Charter place across the street got paint in some of their equipment and sent my boss a nasty letter threatning to sue for repairs if it happens again.
There is atleast 2 busisnesses sub leasing from them. None have a business license or insurance either.
Monday should be interesting!
