02 Silverado 5.3 Light bulbs

Chevy Silverado 5.3L

Headlights are fine but my Left turn signal blinks fast.
Replaced the burnt socket that is located next to the amber bulb/socket on the day time running light (inside part of the day time running light assembly).

I am getting 2 different part numbers on two different Sylvania bulb referencing guide books.

One says that the bulb should use Sylvania #4114 and the other says Sylvania #3157.

Not sure which is correct.

Please advise

Supposedly 4114 bulbs are a gm oem part number, others say its designed as a long life bulb. If you Google the two part numbers some people report that the 3157 burns out quickly especially if it's replaced with an led. I'd go with the oem 4114 bulb.
