We've had this CPO vehicle for a few months now. There is a driver side squeak coming from the front end. It doesn't appear to be brake related, as it occurs whether the brakes are applied or not.

My guess is that squeak is suspension related. It appears to rear its ugly head most frequently on uneven asphalt roads .

It's sounds like a metal-on-metal "chirp" or "squeak". Not quite as horrendous as a brief "nails on the chaulk board" sound, but not too far from that.

I can't find anything. Any ideas??

Put some water in a spray bottle and soak down an area at a time until you can pinpoint the source of friction.

Our Honda Element had the same intermittent symptom that I chased for over a year before finding it. It turned out to be a bad upper strut mount on the right side front strut. The noise was similar to a metal-on-metal squeak combined with a rubber-on-metal chirp.
