How to change Board Clock times?

I'm always set at minus one hour. If I go into my Profile/Preferences and change it to +1 or -1, it stays the same.

So how do I get this board clock on my EST Settings of my computer / home district?

Mine is set to +1 and I'm in EST zone, and everything is correct. Not sure what to tell you.

I put in a (1) and nothing changed, I was still an hour off. I changed it to (+1) and it corrected the time on the board for me.

I have tried everything from -3 to +3

But in My Preferences, it shows the Server Time as being one hour off (10AM instead of 11AM).
Is that how it's supposed to be?

Yes. Mine's the same.

I believe I am fine now. My posts are showing the correct time now. Thanks for the help folks.
