It's my favorite oil, I've been running it for years. I recently got 5 qt. jugs of it at WalMart got $9.97, I think it's under $12 currently.

Yes, easily in my opinion. I use it all the time in the Mazda 3 & Altima in my sig.
I also believe that most conventional oils are good for 5K-6K depending on driving style/condition/climate.
*5K is the new 3K
*50 is the new 30
*sitting is the new smoking

Yup, its good for whatever OCIs are recommended by your engine maker and more. Last few years I have started using it in my 08 Durango and 12 Mazda 3. For no other reason that like any name brand oil, it meets the API recommendation and no one or anything can prove another oil is better.)

I have ran it out in newer cars to 7500-8,000 miles and the same with PYB

It's probably good for at least 5K as stated above, and probably isn't actually a "conventional" but a syn blend, more or less...

Havoline/Chevron have traditionally made some excellent products...
