Lin story short. I have a Toyota land cruiser. I usually use gm red valvoline but this time I used palladium because of its high moly content. Unfortunately it can't handle the heat and oozes out and the bearings lose preload.

I don't have time to rebuild the whole axle right now so I need a good wheel bearing grease that is lithium compatible since the knuckle and wheel bearing grease can mix

I really like the red stuff but thought Id ask to see if there is something better. Maybe the redline cv2?

What says y'all.

Thanks in advance

Will

I don't. I learned that the hard way. That's why I'm asking what's compatible with what's in other areas. I'll be fully cleaning the bearings and hubs but the other can get to it in limited quantities.

I like the valvoline red in my trailers.

My question is based on a lifted very heavy SUV with a closed knuckle design. All the grease can get together to a point so I have to keep the lithium complex for now until I can find time to fully rebuild it.
