mazda5 with cold weather "clock" tick-tick....

Hi BITOG-ers,

my 2013 34k miles mazda5 has a clock-y tick, on the front driver side, reproducible even with cruise control, on cold weather (below 45 F) between 36-50 mph when accelerating.

what could it be?

i do know there is a tsb about same type of noise but on the passenger side.

i'm not sure it is some of the tensioners, motor-mounts, or something vibrating on the firewall side....
