Tasked with protecting a Rolls Royce 250-C30, I present Donaldson's finest:

That's two separate filters for the one engine.

I didn't know they did any automotive. My friend developed the filtration system for our military choppers so they could fly in the desert for that company.

You're just seeing reflection on the screen. I held them up to the light before and after oiling, no K&N-style starry night here!

Very nice filter.

I've always wondered how those work. That's a truckload of air to filter out, while maintaining flow.

Speaking of Rolls Royce

My Brother worked for a small Company whos Owner drove a Rolls Royce.
My Brother was the Mechanic and worked on the RR sometimes.
The Owner kept telling my Brother he wanted the 'horn' LOUDER,,, LOUDER.

Finally my Brother took the horn off and remounted it so it pointed towards the Driver.
It was finally loud enough.

Donaldson state this filter can be restricted by 75% before a reduction in engine performance.

We clean them by hours, rarely on condition.

The top is about 18x24" and the lower is about 18x10"

Don't confuse a turbine engines needs as compared to a reciprocating engines needs.

The company is on the filter itself, and my original post says: Donaldson.

I'm glad someone posted this for me. We do engine flushes as standard practice every 100hrs, but the engines are clean clean clean.
