Lincoln 5859 90 degree grease adapter

I have the OTC version of it. Basically the same but smaller, you have to apply pressure while holding on to everything. Its a three handed job.

I have one of these, used it a handful of times when I owned the F250. It worked, maybe not perfectly, but it worked.
 
Well, I ended up getting two slotted types thinking I may have some problems (the Lincoln slotted version was out of stock, so I didn't get it).

1. A Performance Tool cheapo from Advanced Auto. This was useless. Didn't work. Would not snap into position.

2. Thexton Part 418. This one was great and worked like a charm.
