I have been using Idemitsu CVT-N or Ethos 3084-300, CVT Fluid in Subaru's 2010-12 for a while now.I am just questing it a little oe # is SOA427V1660 any input would be great.

Can not help you on using Idemitsu CVT-N or Ethos 3084-300.
I just did a 5qt exchange, then 140mi did another 5qt exchange. this is at 10,000mi.
Hold 12+ qts.
Used Subaru CVT-II part# SOA427V1660. About $12 a quart shipped. CVT is a TR580.
I think Subaru has a High Torque CVT fluid for the turbos and boxer 6 cyl.

UPDATE! I talked to rep at Idemitsu they do supply Subaru with CVT fluid at factory. Subaru was asked 4 months ago to release "sales agreement" but WILL NOT. So we have to wait 24-36 months for fluid in aftermarket....Maybe Ethos will come up with something sooner. Thanks
