I have a Yamaha TTR125L (01 Model) that has never been serviced as it has a barely been ridden. The oil is still clear, but it's time to change it.

It's got YamaLube 20W40 Mineral in it. It is a bit sluggish to kick over in winter too. It may be the 20W. Temperatures here in summer can reach over 40°C, and winter can get down to 1°C.
Is 10W40 a good viscosity? Or would it burn off when cold being a lighter oil?
I need an oil for all year use, as I don't ride it enough to warrant changing it before summer/winter.
Oils I can get locally:
Castrol Power1 4t 10W40
Castrol Activ4t 15W50
Shell Advance 4t 15W50
Fuchs 4t 10W30, 10W40, 15W50.

10w40, 15w40, or XXw50 will both work well in the bike.

I dont know what the ambient temps are in your area; but most Yammys call for 20W-40, 10W-40 but can take 15W-40 or 20W-50. 10W-40 should be just fine year round.
