The rotary guys tend to use MMO on engines that haven't been run in a while. Pour it in the spark plug holes and let it sit overnight to soften up carbon causing carbon lock on engines that have sat for a couple of years. It seems to work. Most engines go from being immovable to being able to be hand turned.
