I've been finding that youtube wasn't working, and saw a little notification mark in the link bar...allowed it and could see your vid.

Yeah Alta appears to be an awesome effort at introducing an electric option. With all respect to Zero (who I also like) the Alta Redshift is on a whole other level compared to Zero FX They seem to be making all the right moves at the right times.

Same thing I think for electric cars though... price of the tech needs to come down some for general acceptance.

Maybe once the prices comes down it will be feasible. The maintenance costs to race these new high tech 14,000 rpm four strokes are insane. You better good at four stroke race bikes. A lot of my old racing friends have gone to two strokes because of this. The KTM 300 (two stroke) being real popular for a "do all" bike.
