So exploring solutions to my f150 slip bump... Ftruck has the Borg-Warner 4419 transfer case. Is anybody familiar with this unit? Is there any isolation of the output shaft splines from the t-case fluid? Is there any way that the fluid is applied to the output shaft splines?
Just switched greases but if it doesn't last any longer, might try saturating splines with atf next time instead.
