PF 63E, 2015 Chevy Silverado, 6,xxx miles CUT OPEN

Here is a AC DELCO PF 63E E core off a 2015 Chevy silverado quad cab 4x4 truck with 5.3 v-8 engine. On for 6,000~ odd miles with AC DELCO oil. Put ECO ULTRA 0w20 and a PARTS PLUS PH 500 in and back on.

It looks like it has good flow by design but who knows how the media really is..

And the OLM, how much life still had in it?

Looks pretty good. This being for newer GM with filter bypass, it has the newer design separate dome poppet bypass(not shown) GM ACDelco ecores use. No combo valves for GM for their ecores for newer GM.

Lots of media. The only people that seem to be afraid of them are the ones that think end caps have to be metal. They don't. I have used the PF46E and it looked as good as yours.
