Yes, IIRC, it is blended by WPP or somebody and bottled by Lucas. The information shown on the PQIA has demonstrated that these PCMO's are far from remarkable as well.

I use the stabilizer in my f150. I don't swear by it, but it has indeed slowed down the oil consumption a lot (common in the 5.4 3v). I'd probably get the same result going to a 5w30 anyways
