04 MGM Low Miles Power Steering Leak From Rack ?

I put a new rack in this 04 Mercury Grand Marquis At about 45,000 miles 3 years ago because it had a lot of play on one side i originally thought it was an inner tie rod..Now my cousin has to fill up the power steering fluid about every 2 weeks although they don't see any oil on the garage floor..He said he got under the car and when he squeezed the rubber boots on both sides he thinks there is oil filling up there. The car now has 55,000 easy miles on it Any ideas? He will be bringing the car here in a few weeks so i can look at it..I hope it does not need another rack.

He uses Motorcraft mercon 5 trans and power steering fluid..

LOL Nobody has any ideas? Im hoping a pressure sensor.

We do replace a fair amount of the pressure sensors. Racks are very uncommon on the Panther cars.

thank you for the input i had to replace the rack at low miles because the inner tie rod felt like it had play but it turned out to be the rack
