Yes, Mystik JT8 is a Citgo brand and maybe safe to assume Citgo/Mystik makes the Super Tech in the part of the country that it was purchased, though the JT8 is a syn blend, Super Tech doesn't make that claim. So ...??? I have no idea.
I use the 15w50 JT8 HEDO in my 2014 Road King, Im happy with it as Harley calls for an HEDO if not using their oil, along with some good UOAs I posted under the motorcycle portion of this forum.

Almost makes me want to use Supertech on my next change just to see how it does. Wow, good info and good oil it seems.
