I just bought this Infiniti j30 with 110k miles and i noticed when i put the car in drive the car idles at 580-600rpms with slight hesitation now in park its around 780 which to me seems low. There is no check engine light on but is it possible a bad fuel injector can cause this and not throw a cel?

Doesn't seem that low to me. Don't start throwing parts at it. And do not go messing with anything on the throttle body. First, find out the idle specs. After that I'd Perform a compression test since it's a new to you vehicle.

agree 600 or 780 doesn't seem low.

For hesitation, you can try some cheap and easy fixes first that cost you way less than diagnostics:
1) oil change
2) Fuel injector cleaner and tank of premium top tier gas

potentially you can also try other cheap
-maf and throttlebody cleaning
-pcv valve
-check for any loose hoses

Check the specs for idle speed to confirm that it is indeed low.
If it is actually lower than normal, my first step would be a throttle body cleaning.

Remove the idle air control valve and clean the passages with throttle body cleaner. Reinstall the idle air control valve.

this may help, but I can't be 100% sure.
