Home Depot has Formula Shell oil(5w-30 and 10w-30)on sale for $1.98 per qt. The 5 qt. size containers of either weight are not on sale and priced at $12.97. That works out to $9.90 for 5 individual qt. containers vs $12.97 for 5 qts. in the single container.
I wonder how many people are going to not pay attention to the pricing and buy the 5 qt. container thinking they are getting a better deal by buying in bulk. After all, the bulk/economy size is always cheaper......right?
