I am able to "reorder", I just signed in and I can access the cart and have the option to reorder it seems.... without putting in that access code. Try that.

I wonder if they know how much business they are losing.
I just checked on here searching Kendall and several others can't order either.

So I got nowhere and I clicked on the search box at the upper right- I did not input anything but it allowed me to see the products and try to order- But their order email bounces now too. Still no go!

I just visited the main page. Go to the bottom and select sign in, next page when it as for that EPOS number, just go to the bottom and click "sign in" again.

Now you are logged in on the main page.

You now go to the search box and type "kendall" Kendall results will appear. Now you go to "account" at the top right and select "orders" from drop down menu.

If you ordered before you have a "complete" order listed, click on the order number ID.


On this page there is a reorder button. click it.

NOW YOUR LAST ORDER IS IN THE CART, AND YOU CAN =/- AS NEEDED AND CHECKOUT!!!


This only works if you have ordered in the past!!

Just reordered, and I got a confirm!!!
