I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out where to post this, but decided to put it here based on the idea that anyone reading this section is at least interested in fuel additives and might have an opinion on this.

First off, this isn't my idea. I came across it while researching piston soaks. I don't remember who posted it, but if it was here, and you're seeing this, don't get mad.

The idea here is that adding a bit of 2-stroke oil to whatever solvent you place in the cylinder will prevent damage due to oil being stripped off of whatever the cleaner came into contact with.

I have no idea if this is true.

Any thoughts on this? Does it seems like a good idea? Thanks!
