Audio/Micro Adapter Help

New to me truck. Buddy had a wire coming out of an outlet in the dash that he must have
used to connect MP3/Audio. Since I don't use Audio jack, I'm looking for an adapter that would
fit on the audio and convert to a micro usb for my Samsung phone. Cuuuusstommmm! (LoL).

I can't tell for sure on the web which would be the correct adapter. Any help is appreciated.
