Thanks for the VOA. Can you list some examples of cars/engines that you put this oil in at your shop?

I realize Shaeffer considers it a 'racing' oil, so they have specific applications in mind.
 
You're very welcome.

Primarily BMW M engines, but we've put it in a handful of older air-cooled Porsches and VW's. I'm about to order some DRIVEN DT40, DT50 and FR50 to send off as well for comparison. I'm tossing around the idea of switching to DT50 for the air-cooled engines, but need some UOAs to base off of.

I see it as a big flashy lure to catch the 1st sucker that swims by.


In this case, the moly acts synergistically with the ZDDP to function as both an Anti-Wear as well as a friction reduction agent.
 
Without purple dye, it's useless. (Blackstone will have an entry on the form for purplanium later, you'll see.)
