Kel Black Oil?

Has anybody heard of this product? From what I can tell, its just patroleum bitumen suspended in a solvent carrier for aerosol application. Super sticky. Not that it wouldn't be messy and fairly nasty stuff, but I wonder how it would serve for rustproofing? Then again, I would NOT want to have to try to wash this off my hands after every repair!

Bitumen paint dries..well...dry. If that stuff stays sticky it must have something else (an oil?) in it as well.

interesting, applies as a 10W oil and sets up as a 600W oil in minutes as per the manufacturers description, i have no experience with it but could think of a few hard to reach places i might try it..
