2004 silverado 1500 shake at highway speed

If one of the tires needed a lot of weight to balance, it might have a broken belt. Take the tire off and look at the center groove as you roll the tire. A broken belt will show up as an abrupt change in the groove. I have had this happen more than once. Would be unusual for a new tire though.

There looks to be no issues with the tire. I believe the road force balancer can check for that as well and it found no issues with either the rim or tire
