Suzuki Ecstar OEM oil brand

Hallo all you kind people.

Does anybody here know who makes the OEM Suzuki Ecstar lubricants. And the general quality of the line. I have seen they have both car and motorcycle oil under the Ecstar brand.

I am looking at the Ecstar 0w-20 SN/gf5 oil.

Guess I will ressurect this question. Thinking about trying this next time round in my 750. Any knowledge or experience out there?

Caltex Petroleum Australia Pty. Ltd. appears to be the manufacturer/supplier. It was part of Chevron in the past but Chevron sold its 50% stake in the company to the current owners in 2015.

I have no idea about the quality.

Most OEM MFG oils for bikes are pretty decent. I have not run across a bad one yet, and been fooling with bikes for something like 57 years now
