Knowing nothing more than what I see on the two links, it would be super easy to pick the Jet-Lube. At least it gives SOME properties instead of just saying "biodegradable."

would mineral oil work? the last time i tried on a squeaky door hinge, it squeaked even louder and i had to put 50w oil.

I have them now but unsure what to put my grease gun. using them for general house lubrication like latches etc because i got a toddler.

thanks in advance

Unlikely either have any anti-corrosion additives. Whatever you use, if you are using enough a toddler can get at the lube and consume it, you are using too much or you are not storing it correctly. Not that food grade grease is a bad idea, choose either and use sparingly. That said, Vaseline or wax works in a pinch.
