Just get the Napa Gold, which is better than all of the three you mentioned
Plus 1 to what 901Memphis said. Puro is garbage
Worth going for the Napa Platinum since it's on sale this month. But out of the cheap filters, I'd easily take a Supertech over a Purolator; the ST is made by Wix now.

Pretty much anything but a Puro...
Don't like "cheaping out" on oil filter's. Get the NAPA gold or Fram Ultra.

Ditto....it's hard to trust Purolator when they continue to sell filters that TEAR long after knowing about the issue....Wix or Fram for me...

From the 2 filters you listed, I would use ST before puro
Between Purolator and Supertech, I would run the Supertech as well. Purolator seems to lack quality control. I don't trust them. I like Wix and ACDelco for my 5.3, but anything goes on my other engine. Even a Purolator if the price is right. I have a NAPA silver for the 2.2 next OC. On sale for $2.50 last month.
If the RAM was mine I would use NAPA Gold, Wix standard line or Fram Ultra. If WM is out of Fram Ultra, go for the Tough Guard.

I would go for a WIX/NAPA Gold or FRAM Ultra. The efficiency on a WIX/NAPA Platinum (as posted by WIX) is not very good.
