Can't you obtain HyGayd/HyGard low vis in your country? I know Deere has a world wide presence in the agriculture industry and their fluid is exactly what you need as they build a comparative machine to what you have with similar drivelines.

I use their HyGard/HyGard low vis in several wet clutch and hydraulic systems and its very good fluid, its generally regarded as the gold standard in both hydraulic/hydraulic wet clutch systems.

As stated before, I cannot buy oil at my local dealers, because oil is like alcohol, over taxed, 2 or 3 times the price...

Exemple, same Castrol oil:

- normal price: 7€: http://www.amazon.de/dp/B005K8UHO6/?smid=A6Q47TDDDZ8YG

- price in Sweden: 17€: https://www.skruvat.se/Magnatec-C3-5W-40-P484419.aspx

Crazy...

So, I have seen Hy Gard in Germany, at 5.25€/l which is 40% more than the addinol 5w30 UTTO plus. But I didn't find any competitive offer for delivery, so, finally, the price shipped to Sweden is the double of the Addinol...

Should be a good oil, but pricey for me...

You know here in Sweden, it is not better than the third world for oils, as they are so taxed that I have to order them in Germany to get the right price... So I am limited to the online oil shops or ebay. It is OK for cars oils, but the choice for pro oils is limited...

A little bit of background on developments of SAE CD >> TO-2 >> TO-4 .
And both TO-2 and TO-4 are monogrades free of VII's.

But I leave in Sweden and I would like to put in Arctic oil like Q8 Hindemith LT:

But all arctic oil are ashless now, so I wonder if there will be a problem with those ashless oil with the soft steel used in China...

Will mild chinese steel suffer with those ashless oil ?

Thank you !

Why the steel is "soft"? They don't add Niobio onto the alloy?

Erratum:
Cat TO-2 permits VII's and was replaced in 1991 by Cat TO-4 that's free of VII's.
