The only car I'd kill for. ...

Is that a factory Ferrari or modified?

I've only driven one Ferrari - an ageing F360 Modena. I have to say it was a disappointment, being a bit 'agricultural' to drive.

I have driven a few Lamborghinis:
LP520-4 Gallardo
LP570-4 Gallardo Superleggera
LP560-4 Gallardo Spyder
LP610-4 Huracán
LP700-4 Aventador

Quite a list and yes, I have been very lucky. I have enjoyed them all (all were driven on closed circuits or race tracks). And whilst I will always cherish the memory of driving the Aventador, it is the Gallardo Superleggera that really sticks with me as a driving machine. I drove it at the Imola race circuit and was in a group with some Aventadors and I wasn't being dropped. It is 4WD and yet on a hot day with fully-warmed tyres it could still break traction in 3rd gear under acceleration.

I'm not a fan of the 80s/90s Lambos but since the Gallardo they have really stepped up.

Excellent, excellent point. It's supposedly a Superamerica but still not made as roofless roadsters that way..

Does anyone not recognize that car from Outrun?

Supposedly, a high-end company in California changed two Testarossas or Superamericas (?) into the car you see.

I want that car more than any other. Its .. Look at it.
