Anybody used this new stuff yet? Supposedly no taping or masking, and rinses off with water when you are done.

No, but I really want to! I remember the bottle saying something about the ability to rinse it off when you're done.

Is this a new formula ? I had Turtle Wax Ice for couple years but didn't have a chance to use it yet.

It's a polishing compound, not a wax...I don't believe Turtle Wax has had a product similar to this in the past.
